Scott Sylvester, owner of High Country Cabinets relaxes after delivering this classical kitchen to a client in Pebble Beach, California. This is the third kitchen for this particular client, the first in Park City, Utah was a traditional pine kitchen with carved rope moldings and hand shot moldings. The second in Carmel, California was modern stainless steel and this kitchen is of poplar with basswood hand carved capitals and egg and dart moldings, all lightly distressed and painted an off white with a burnt umber tinted glaze. The work table is from a traditional design and will have a stone insert for the top working surface.
